Our New Team Member
Ninja & Shinobi
Cats on Patrol
Ninja
If you’ve been into Emerald Stockfeed & Pet Supply, chances are you’ve been greeted by our sleek and stealthy team member, Ninja.
Every great team needs a silent strategist—and that’s where Ninja comes in.
With expert-level lounging skills, razor-sharp focus, and a bell that gives away none of her stealth, Ninja keeps a close eye on the daily operations.
She’s not just a pretty face—she’s “supposable” our resident pest control but if you ask her she is The AristoCat.
Shinobi
If there’s one cat who knows how to work a room, it’s Shinobi! With a name inspired by stealthy ninjas, Shinobi is a master of graceful moves, quiet approaches, and the occasional surprise pounce.
Shinobi can usually be found surveying the shop from a comfy perch, keeping a watchful eye on customers and making sure everything is running smoothly.
While she loves a good head scratch, she’s also perfectly happy to curl up in a sunny spot for some “serious business” napping.
Whether she’s supervising from afar or sneaking in for a attention, Shinobi is our “fat cat on duty“, there are no or in our house.
Jack & Flynn
Quality Control
Jack
Say hello to Jack, one of our beloved shop dogs here at Emerald Stockfeed & Pet Supply!
Jack is the master of comfort and knows how to make the most of a chilly day — usually found snuggled up in his favourite bed, wrapped in a warm blanket, keeping an eye on everything from his cosy corner.
With his soulful eyes and calm nature, Jack brings a quiet kind of charm to the store. He’s not one for fuss but always appreciates a gentle pat or a kind word (especially if it comes with a snack).
Jack reminds us all to slow down, take a break, and stay warm — especially during those blustery Emerald winters.
Flynn
Meet Flynn, our handsome Border Collie and full-time floor supervisor at Emerald Stockfeed. With his sharp eyes and calm nature, Flynn keeps a watchful eye on everything that goes on in the store.
He’s a natural at customer service, often quietly observing from his favorite spot.
Flynn’s not just a pretty face—he’s part of the heart and soul of our team. Whether it’s offering company during a long shift or making customers smile with his gentle personality, he brings a special kind of warmth to the shop. He’s clever, loyal, and always up for a quick ear scratch or a kind word.
Fergus
The Coffee Shop Cat
Fergus spends his days at the Nookee Café, always on the lookout for love, cuddles, and pats. With his charming personality and gentle nature, he’s become a true local celebrity—everyone in town knows Fergus and loves to stop by to spend a moment with him.
Despite being an older boy, Fergus has a heart full of warmth. Patrons and visitors often find comfort in his presence, and many have experienced the soothing effect of his affectionate cuddles.
In fact, Fergus has become something of a therapy cat, quietly helping to brighten the days and lift the spirits of those around him.
Loved and cherished by everyone who meets him, Fergus reminds us that age doesn’t slow down kindness or the power of a gentle touch.
Whether he’s greeting friends at the café or sharing a quiet moment with someone in need, Fergus is a shining example of love, compassion, and the simple joys of companionship.
