For your puppy’s first grooming experience, we recommend avoiding bath and blow drying.
To ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care, we require your puppy to have had at least 2 rounds of vaccinations before their first visit — though all 3 rounds are preferred.
This early socialisation helps your puppy build trust and confidence, laying the foundation for a lifetime of happy grooming experiences!

Long nails can cause pain, change their posture, and even lead to joint issues.
They’re also more likely to split or tear, which can be painful and costly to treat.
Whether your dog runs on grass or lounges indoors, nails should be trimmed every 3–6 weeks depending on growth.

A feet tidy includes trimming excess hair around the pads and toes, shaping the feet, and removing hair that can trap dirt, moisture, and debris.
